Evil Acts Against Filipino Children
Some women in the Philippines with a relationship with a foreigner appear to engage in deceitful acts of pretending to be the mother of a baby or child.
It appears that the motives for such deceitfulness is to achieve monetary gain from the foreigner without any consideration of the child’s welfare.
